Work commences to transform no 33

Posted on 19 April 2010 in by Daniel Cooper

Enormous progress is being made in this exciting development. There is still some carpentry to complete, such as skirting boards, doors and architraves but all the rooms are now taking shape.

Work-stations in the new ICT suite are just about to go in as all the data-cabling is now complete. Internal decoration is still being completed and the rooms are wonderfully light.

The most progress has been made in the garden which has undergone a full-grade clearance. There is a bespoke handrail to fix to the entry and the gateway is currently being built to allow access from the existing school site.

The site manager reports that the team are ‘on-track’ to complete the development by half-term and we are all looking forward to using this fabulous facility from June 7th.
